I will be rooting for the Lakers, I believe the only hope to take down the Green Knights

I was at Lake Placid in 2008 when SNC won their first national championship. I'm hoping to be in Lewiston this weekend to see Geneseo win their first :)

Either way, some Knights are going to be competing for a national championship on Saturday night. Hope it's us!

Is this the first year for Geneseo participating at the Frozen 4 or whatever the NCAA wants to call it?

Looking at team stats...thought this comparison was interesting:
Goals by period: One Two Three Ot Total

Geneseo 39 32 37 2 110
SNC 38 53 51 2 144

Goals Against
Geneseo 23 30 23 0 76
SNC 8 19 16 0 43
Geneseo has shown very balanced scoring by period...
SNC takes a period to get rolling, but when they do, the goals start coming..

And they don't give up ANY early, so they don't have to play catchup........

SNC first period 38 for 8 against. AVALANCHE!!
