August 19 and early August 20 last year, I sat in a room as 50 people just like him approached the mic and repeated the same tired arguments as to why anyone in the Alphabet Mafia shouldn't be included in the NDO.

But those people suffered two defeats that night. The terms gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation remained in the ordinance, and the measure itself passed 8-1. Three if you count the fact the trauma from those words didn't cause me to commit visible self-harm.

The good news is they are literally dying off. The ultra-religious are (I know, too) slowly evaporating here like they have done in almost every other civilized and educated country. Yes, there will still be way too many Death Cult fuckstains out there, but the writing's on the wall. People don't elect to get less educated -- they have to be forced by a fascist theocracy, which is why the GOP is now a full on terrorist movement.

It's no surprise trans literature was burned and the LGBT community was taken to the camps by Nazis.

Today is the anniversary of Kristallnacht, btw.

I'll give you credit for being funny on occasion, though. Most (if not all) of your cult-members on here are too in love with their own BS to realize how ridiculous they sound.

Anyhoo, carry on, and let me know how fixating on such a minor issue will work out for you in the mid-terms... And, believe me, I'm dreading the next wave of Republicans, as well.

Sure. 2000 years of conservative assholes suppressing, persecuting, and outright murdering LGBTQ people who would not harm a flea and wanted to just live in peace even if it was as third class citizens, but now that LGBTQ people are finall getting something approaching equal legal rights, they’re supposed ignore all that, mind their own business, and not ask to actually be treated as equals, too. Sure.

More real world time and evaluating actual lived experiences. Just a suggestion.

So much? I would have assumed 99.99%. And the 0.01% that is internal is probably indirectly inadvertently absorbed from growing up in such an unwelcoming society. Kill the bigots tomorrow and the alphabet’s suicide rate would drop to the level of the rest of society.
