Nice Laker win,sog 38 to 18 Lakers...7-0 start another FULL 60 minute game for Oz....1 goal let up for the weekend.

Interesting how perspective works: I actually thought Plattsburgh was the faster team for most of the game, but Oz had them beat in almost every other department.

according to Whitelaw on the post game radio, they were not happy with the first 20 but felt good about the final 40...Eddie said this am they have yet to play a full 60....

Listened to the WHWS broadcast, and there was quite a bit of 'nastiness' at the end. Even an ejection of the penalty box worker.

Utica starts the year at 8-0 (so far)... first time in program history.

A few factors:

1) U-18s were good. Period.
2) We took too many penalties, in the not-very-good department
3) If we made a mistake, it was almost a certain scoring chance, and a good chance that we were going to be fishing the puck out of the back of our net. See point #1 above.
