Yes, this can't be emphasized strongly enough. The set-up seems almost designed to cause mistakes.BobF said:First a WARNING!!
Though PGB indicated that Flash Seats was something to say no to if you want paper, I did not see it until it was too late, as it is a default in the top right corner and not a choice for delivery method at the bottom.

Replied.You have mail.
6. At check-out, you will be offered a "Flash Seats" option. Be prepared; have your decision made in advance. With Flash Seats, you don't receive paper tickets. Nor can you print your tickets at home. You'll use your credit card to gain admission at the arena. If your priority holder is reliable, and you're sure everyone will be arriving at the Arena together, this sounds like a great way to save the $10 shipping/handling fee. But if either of those requirements is in doubt, you may want to stick with the traditional paper tickets. Not questioning anyone's reliability; just sayin'.
BobF was trying to do the exact same thing. See Post #8 on the Frozen Four Seat Locations Thread.Due to work blocking a lot of options in IE and the site not working, I had to order on my phone, and I didn't see any way I COULDN'T select flash seats. Has anyone heard if we can change this after the fact?
I, as the priority holder, am unreliable after pre-game festivities.

Paging BobF... Paging BobF...
With luck, BobF can tell us how it worked out. But failing that, it certainly couldn't hurt to call Customer Service.

I called the 800 number PGB provided in this thread and was able to get NCAA to confirm they would send me tickets and they charged me the additional fee. Good Luck!
Thanks this came in handy.
That's great news; glad it worked out for both of you. Thanks! Called today and they changed it.
