Yeah for Gary Thorne! About tie someone called the NCAA on the carpet. It is the very reason so many of us decided to take a pass on going. I Know more people from a group of 30 or so that stayed home.

And the friends I have in attendance have not been thrilled. One could not see hald the ice (highest priority) and the other could not hear whistles.

maybe this has been mentioned, and if so I apologize... but is the right hand blue line crooked at the top of the rink? (as we are watching it on TV)

You know, Ford Field just doesn’t feel right for a hockey area. But looking around, this place would rock as a football stadium. I wonder if they’ve considered tearing up the ice and putting a football turf down?

Heck, Detroit deserves a football team. Just ask anyone here.

There are a ton of empty seats. Are people watching from up on the concourse because their seats have a terrible view, or is attendance really that bad?
