Huge momentum shift there at the end of the 1st.

Through 20 minutes of play, it's 2-1 SCSU.

I thought it was a pretty even period. SCSU came out strong, but North Dakota played very well in the middle portion of the period and were rewarded with the goal. Credit to the Huskies though, they fought to the very end of the period, and it was a very nice goal they scored to tie it up. Sort of a flukey bounce led to a nice rush that ultimately resulted in SCSU's second goal.

Tons of green in the building...nice to see. Hope the Sioux are able to reward the faithful with a few goals in the third to get the lead back.

First five minutes of the second period will be critical for North Dakota. If St. Cloud gets a third, it's probably lights out for North Dakota...they aren't a squad that is going to comeback very often.

North Dakota all over St. Cloud for about 2-3 minutes, but not able to bulge the twine.

Lindgren gloves a shot that was headed wide, but North Dakota has all the momentum now. Key point in the game for SCSU.

From what I've seen thus far, either of these teams would waltz through the B1G tournament. Very impressed with the quality of hockey displayed by North Dakota and St. Cloud State.
