Friday night @ the rinks for 11/9/12. Post 'em and weep!

The worst case of poor sportsmanship I have ever seen in person, was when Buffalo goalie Kevin Carr repeatedly beat a hockey stick against the top of the goal until breaking the stick following a reasonable goal - had a player for Emery ever pulled a stunt like that, it would be a long time - if ever - he played again.

If that's the worst case of sportsmanship you've ever seen, you haven't watched much hockey. Seriously. Hockey is full of horrible cases of sportsmanship. Heck, I don't even consider that bad sportsmanship. Bad temper, yeah. Immature, yeah. But bad sportsmanship? Have we forgotten Binga already?

All he did was break a stick? on a goal post? LMAO, Neumann goalies last year punched the Ref in the head, twice, last year ans still managed to play in the ECAC-W Finals

That's a shame with Carr. I've always thought he is one of the best gaolies in the nation let alone the SUNYAC. If the fustration is getting too much, maybe he'll transfer to Oswego next year?;) Did Carriere pull him after "he lost it"?

He wasn't even given a penalty, and I can understand frustration and could even understand whacking the stick a few times, but after a few swings, calm down, an extended temper tantrum in front of at least a couple hundred young children (Attendance: a sellout crowd of 1967) was bad. And I am sure that being a fan of one of the consistently least penalized teams in DIII hockey has spared me some of the more violent exhibitions of poor sportsmanship - I certain have heard of many cases that were magnitudinally worse.

worst part is, it wasn't even his stick.... he picked it up after the goal and broke it... it was a Cardinals stick. and I have to agree, I have seen much much worse in my time.

Did I just read this correctly? A Plattsburgh fan questioning inappropriate behavior? Wait....what? :p

Got to agree. Ive seen much much worse....Binga....Walker.....Avery....a few times....but I didnt expect it out of Carr.....

However, for the game getting out of hand I have to say Buffalo really could have gooned in up but they didnt. Hats off to Buffalo of new....

This is true, it could have turned out like their game against Potsdam @ 12:59 of the third.
