Fire red!!

Re: Fire red!!

They all think Maine is going to find the next Walsh, even though that was a once in a lifetime opportunity. At this point I think Maine needs someone with a proven track record.

Why? Union found him. Quinnipiac found him. Looks like Lowell's found him. There's certainly another one out there. Question is, are the one's tasked with finding him up to doing the job? Can they recognize it when they see it?

Re: Fire red!!

I say offer Corkum the job. He'd probably accept a short contract and (possibly) a home town discount, and he has the pedigree to recruit for Maine, if anyone does...

Everything else I've read on this thread re: coaching options is pie-in-the-sky at best.

I think the present AD(Creech)is OVER HIS HEAD with the Hockey Program...he has NO EXPERIENCE to relate to the game of Hockey and the Program...he needs to GET HELP...because if he's the one to right this MESS by himself then this is The Titanic on ice with him in charge. People with Hockey Know How have been put in charge @ UML/Providence and Merrimack and things have changed.
