Pretty god 1st....genny had some good chances and got the jitters out,SNB looks fast .ow and some more goalie interference juts for fun,looked good to me:D

interesting 2nd..they like the video...5 min major..wow pretty gutsy call for a Final 4,dont agree...genny is watching to much and needs to keep SNB out of the paint,which they seem to drive to with regularity. Chippy as well,SNb also with a post.

Not really a gutsy call. The Geneseo player's elbow blew Perry's helmet off and took him to the ice. A penalty is 2 minutes unless its blatantly one that can injure someone like that one or a hard boarding.

Good win for SNB, Genny gave away way to many pucks in their own end,and let SNb go to the net way to much...Lets see what happens in game 2..

it was a penalty, but not a 5.

45.3 Major Penalty - A major penalty, at the discretion of the Referee, shall be imposed on any player who uses his elbow to foul an opponent. A major penalty must be imposed under this rule for a foul resulting in an injury to the face or head of an opponent (see 45.5).

Correct...Oswego benefitted from this a few weeks ago... I guess it's also a rule that they will be looking at during the off season....

You wernt chirping three weeks ago when Farnan got the 5 and OSU scored the two PP goals on the 5 min major...didn't see a Dr then...that penalty was okay tho....
