After gut-wrenching loss last Saturday night against NMU, this weekend is big one for FSU, they need a W to avoid going same path they did last year, Let's go FSU and beat Mercyhurst!!
On side note- Hopefully Ferris Fans will come on this board and drop a line or two, getting pretty boring when I am the only one talking about Ferris lol.
Other fans are also welcome to comment here too!

I'll bite Deej. I love reading the smack between the Alaska guys. Best trash talkers I've ever seen (greatest comment was 'Banks mouth breathers being trophy wives). Who is the Ferris Wheel's arch rival? I know it's not us.

Sorry, but I don't have much of anything to add these days. Most of my hockey time is consumed by Adrian College, which is a few hundred yards from my front porch. I haven't watching this team much at all the past couple seasons. I do have a friend whose son is a sophomore defenseman, Cameron Clarke.
As for talking to yourself here, I did an awful lot of that the past few years that I did the season threads. Between that, and not watching the team over the past couple years, I stopped doing the season threads.

Actually, I think we don't have one, we had one with Western Michigan back in CCHA days, but with nWCHA there is no bitter rival for us.

Watched the game vs the Wolverines last night on BTN. First two periods were decent, the Bulldogs kept it within 1 or 2 goals. The third period was a disaster with a mix of stupid penalties and wretchedly bad defense. I thought Lucas Finner looked like a promising young forward though, scoring on a great shot early in the 2nd period. I'm glad someone started a season thread, hopefully we can have some great discussions about our Bulldogs!

Here we go again, we have home series against Alaska, Ferris need to sweep them to be in middle of race and not fall back. Also we need more goals, I believe we average measly 1.8 goals per game which won't get done in WCHA. Need to grind it out and get couple more goals and not depend on our goalie to bail us out.
