Which would inherently be after the arrest. So it still doesn't support flaggy's interpretation of the constitution.

My guess is that flaggy interprets the constitution about as well as he would interpret aramaic.

You know what bothers me the most about this story? The fact that neighbors heard them talking about wanting to go on a massacre but wrote them off as crazy.

Interesting, the NY Post had this tidbit:

That's when 31-year-old customer, Joseph Wilcox, who was standing near the checkout area with a friend, pulled out his legally registered pistol and "told his friend he was going to confront the suspect," said McMahill.

"He immediately and heroically moved into a position,” McMahill described. Unfortunately, he didn't realize Amanda was with him. “Amanda shot him in the ribs area where he immediately collapsed,” said McMahill. Wilcox didn't fire off any shots at either of the suspects.
