That rule has been relaxed in recent years, due to common sense dictating that sites do exist for the sole purpose (or almost sole purpose) of sharing (flickr, youtube, etc).

Well, I was perusing the threads in the HOF section yesterday, admiring all that great content that not only was nominated, but that board put there first. Great reads, and I'm so glad that those threads will live as a collection in the Pantheon of threads.
