- Only about 5-600 fans in the dome to see the reigning National Champs!?
- Rink was noticeably colder despite the nice weather outside. Perhaps EC is trying to use their speed and faster ice to an advantage!?
- Not as many defensive gafs in their own zone tonight
- Much better traffic in front of the net. 4 of 6 goals were rebounds.
- Power play really clicking in an RITish fashion from 2002?
- NU pulled their goalie after 5, and inserted MacKinnon. Not sure why he didn't start
- Ward is clearly an All-American
- Gooch's mom's absence was clearly the difference in the outcome
