Elmira Names Assistant Kelsea Martalock as Head Coach

"Plenty of talented teams have been screwed up by bad coaches at all levels"

That is true. Case in point, Elmira men's hockey. A very long history of great success, and now that Ceglarski's players have graduated they are a below average team under the current coach. They are no longer a program that other teams fear to play. It's really a shame.
