ECAC Saturday

Re: ECAC Saturday

Clarkson messes up an odd man rush, then each side trades about four giveaways; this game is starting to sound like a comedy of errors, but it's very exciting. :)

Oh, and this just in: Kurt Stutt is a funny guy.

he's the best since Richy Glassberg...

Re: ECAC Saturday

Let's go underdogs. Make it go three Princeton and finish the job RPI or tomorrow night could suck like Ritchie.
I'm not sure RPI is an underdog. They've been pretty freaking good since the New Year.

Re: ECAC Saturday

Puck dropped at Cheel, RPI still on their powerplay.

Apparently they screwed up and didn't change sides for the o.t.

Re: ECAC Saturday

Clarkson kills the pp, then RPI comes within an eyelash of winning it.

Teams back even strength.

Re: ECAC Saturday

Lots of fatigue mistakes by both teams. Karpowich with several rapid fire saves on an RPI flurry.

Re: ECAC Saturday

Well, of course, they aren't hampered by SLU's ref problem... ;)

Or defense problem or goal scoring problem or streakyness problem or, hopefully, our losing problem. Seriously, that goal tonight was an embarrassment for the league. The guy drove Wenny into the net and was sitting on top of him when Dartmouth scored. In WWF it would have been a great move. In defense of the Dartmouth player, at least he backed into him. Without that goal, who knows. SLU had the momentum and that goal just took the wind out of their sales. And when they got mo on their side making it 2-1, of course, an extended timeout due to an injured official. Personally, I find that last part surprising because I think most of them are too stupid to feel pain.

Kepler: Your work last night gives you the right to start the thread for tonight's games unless you are still in bed.
