Collins scores his second goal of the game (#11) to put Cornell up 2-0. Assists to Lowry & Ryan

Colgate-Brown 3-3 at the end of one. Evin just terrible in net tonight. Brown scored on a high dump in thrown at the net from center ice -- hit Evin in the chest, popped straight up in slo mo, dropped, and slowly trickled in. No quick sit from the goalie, just stood there after losing sight of it and let it roll. Awful. Second one for Brown was a shorty, dumb turnover on a breakout for an easy one on none. Third was a PP goal.

Colgate's goals were pretty -- two of them tap ins from forwards sitting on the open side of the net. Equalizer came with less than a minute in the period by Goulakis (sp?), I believe.

Brown skated hard and fast in the first frame, but Colgate looks more skilled. Mihalik came in for Evin after goal #3.

But Jillson scores a shorthanded goal on a pass from Bardreau. Cornell 3, Yale 0.

Cornell keeps giving the dangerous Yale PP opportunities. First Birch, killed; now Bardreau.

Yale penalty will result in 4 on 4 for :28, then Cornell PP. 6:43 left in 2d.

End of 2 at Lynah, Cornell 4, Yale 0. Yale will have a 1:41 PP to start the 3d.

Big Red need to keep the hard hitting in the 3d.
