Yep.
This year's Brown saga brings back memories of Cornell's 1980 Championship run. Cornell had to beat BU on Saturday night to clinch 8th place in an eight-team tournament. The Red then beat #1 BC on Tuesday, #2 Providence on Friday, and #3 Dartmouth on Saturday to claim the title.
I took the train to Boston for the BU game and ended up staying the whole week for Tuesday's game in Chestnut Hill and the weekend series at the Garden. One of the best weeks of my life.
I'm envisioning a different scenario for this year, with the #2 team taking all the marbles.
