ECAC Playoffs, RPI@Clarkson on Saturday, March 4th

Re: ECAC Playoffs, RPI@Clarkson on Saturday, March 4th

More PtC points for RB.

That's the reason that I suggested yesterday giving PtC points of the opponents' penalties rather than for their goals and assists. I don't like being happy when the opponent scores.
But it is probably better this way anyway.

Ralph and I are tied right now on the CCT pick... RPI has had enough shots for the goalie pick to have 2 points thus far.

Could be worse... you could normally pick the opposing goaltender out of superstition...

Well, stop playing, then you won't be happy when the opponent scores.

Union isn't playing and I guess none of the teams from Phillie are either.

Or it could be changed to choose RPI players only, say one forward and one defenseman. Then it doesn't matter what the opponent does (well, at least off the ice).

Another possibility is also picking for the RPI women.

You learn more about the league when you play both sides. Good for the love of hockey. :)

Yes. Went to the link and I got 11 down right :D

Me too. The crossword puzzles in that paper are really poor. There are no themes and they use the Word Search puzzles to provide hint. Some of the other puzzle there are much better (e.g. Kakuro).

FWIW, there was an old episode of NCIS on today and one of the victims was mentioned as a graduate of "Rensselaer Polytechnical Institute" in Troy, NY. Hey, they were close. :)

Did they spell Rensselaer correctly? ;)

Was the case about Ralph Baer getting run over by bodyguards?
