Seems to me there are a lot of RPI and Union fans voting in this round-and they are either very hopeful or thinking with their hearts. Pretty high percentage have one of the teams sweeping. You would think the 4-5 match up to be usually the closest and the 1-8 the one being picked to sweep most often. Just another crazy weekend in the ECAC;)

Last round, the 5-12 was the only one to go to three games. I always pick 2-1 to diversify. I'm never getting 0 points by doing that.

I am surprised you are still posting here and haven't been tarred and feathered in Troy for picking Brown to win 2-1 ;)

It pays to be far enough away. ;)

Plus, Kepler's Third Law of ECAC Hockey is: "Never bet for or against RPI." In addition, RPI hasn't made the ECAC championship weekend since the adoption of the Union Rule (everyone makes the playoffs). I also picked them to get swept the weekend before last because they've never earned a bye since the league re-instituted a bye format until now. You should know, by now, that I pick streaks, just like Sully's "Brown Rule". I'd be very happy to see the 'tute prove me wrong, but they still have to do that.
