Start of Period 2: Clarkson 1 Prinny 1

Sdao 5 on 3 PP and Oakley the goals.

Re: ECAC, Friday February 10

Colgate up 1-0 thanks to blistering slapshot from the high slot about two seconds into their first PP -- nothing but net. 'Gate dominating early, but taking too many penalties and giving Yale momentum. Elis rang one off the post, and would have had one on a wide-open net except for a nifty diving stop by Mihalik. Second will start 4 x 4 -- Colgate was about a minute into yet another PK when Yale took a slash at the buzzer.

Re: ECAC, Friday February 10

Clarkson 2 Prinny 2

Labrecque with a slapper from the point on the pp. 5 min into period 2.

Re: ECAC, Friday February 10

Colgate leads Yale 1-0, 2nd period about to start.

Yale appeared to have tied it up at the very end of the 1st, but the horn sounded (and the Bulldogs were called for a penalty).

Re: ECAC, Friday February 10

Cornell putting on a lot of offensive pressure in 2d, but Clemente has stopped all but the one.

Make that two. John Esposito from Jilson. Cornell 2, Brown 2. 11:43 2d.

Re: ECAC, Friday February 10

Kerfluffle in front of Iles results in Brown PP. Brownie off for goaltender interference. Lowry & McCarron off for retaliating.

Back to even strength.
