In a strange play, Kiely seemed to have the puck, but the ref standing over him didn't blow the whistle. Players then storm Kiely and in the scrum the puck eventually goes in the net without any whistle being heard. But no goal.

Twice on the PP Cornell player just leave the puck, rather than passing it. Both times puck captured by Clarkson player.

Penalty killed.

Net oddly comes off with only the goalie Kiely in the crease.

6:53 OT.

Cornell player knocks net on Galajda. Galajda's helmet stuck in net. Refs don't blow the whistle. Very odd.

Clarkson which looked tired at the end of the 3d period has gotten its second wind. 10:45 OT.

Crap

@chnews: Cornell coach Mike Schafer said forward Jeff Malott is out for the year with a knee injury suffered tonight in a collision with Nico Sturm.
