Should be a fun night , good luck to all, and if anyone is at Bright, please try to update the game, I am at the whim of America One tonight, and I heard that the broadcasts last night did not work out too well.

I assume that the Cornell-DC game will be delayed since the Cornell women are now in the third OT vs. BU. (They are playing in the same barn, aren't they?)

Game ended at about 6:30 with cornell scoring with 10 sec to go in period 6. Final Cornell women 8 BU women 7.

All of the womens games today are free on the internet. This Cornell game was a real barn burner with both goalies standing on their heads in the OT session. BU jumps to a 3-0 lead. Cornell make it 4-3. BU ties it a 4-4 Cornell then makes it 7-4 with 13 min to go and BU with the help of some questionable refereeing ties the game back up with 3 power play goals in Regulation at 7-7.

Cornell wins it in OT on a rush up ice by one of the dmen who goes right in front 5 hole on the goalie with a defender hanging all over. A great game. Reminded me of the SLU- BU mens NC$$ OT thriller.

Interesting that there were 14 goals in the first hour and it took almost another hour to get number 15.

Despite giving up 8 goals, the BU goalie was amazing. Cornell if not for her would have had 10 goals in regulation and another 10 in the 3 OT periods. Cornells goalie Mazzotta was replaced after period 1 when she gave up 3 goals. Slobodnick the replacement was also lights out great despite giving up 4 goals. She stopped a breakaway in the 5th period and had a couple of other amazing saves.

Quinnipiac has started strong, potting 2 goals on Mihalik and generally dominating play, but Wagner got loose on a short-handed breakaway and earned a penalty shot! He scores, so it's 2-1 QU in the 1st

2-2 after 2 at brite. yale looked rattled and both teams combined for 4 or 5 hooking calls in the 2nd....weird
