Re: Eastern Bias- Blizzard stories

Death Storm Chicago is coming... No idea what the name is, but looking at 6+ inches () by Tuesday night... can only imagine what my drive home tomorrow night will be like

I believe that is Saturn

Good thing that I went to TopGolf today! As long as it's cleared up before I head back to PA on Thursday -- BRING IT!!! :)

Re: Eastern Bias- Blizzard stories

Is been snowing here since last Thursday, got about 2 inches total, the temps above freezing, its plain obnoxious. It starts, turns to rain, sun came out yesterday, temps shot up to 46, today snowed hard in Downeast Maine the whole time I was down there. Driving on RTE 9 in a storm is a joy. Supposed to continue for 2 more days

"A few years ago here in New York City, we had a blizzard. 36 inches of snow. I guess you Midwesterners would call that a dusting. Well, our weatherman at the time, Al Roker, predicted we'd have 4 - 12 inches of snow. Well, giving him the benefit of the doubt, that stills leaves him 2 feet off. This was an emergency condition. Now if you were a roofer and you built a roof and it was 2 feet off, you'd still be serving time.
