murkowski just announced due to high volume of folks who dont want blanche as AG she will vote no unless of course eleventy billion dollars shows up in her purse.
 
The GOP doesn't need her. Nor Collins. He will pass 50-50 with JD casting the tiebreaker.

Unless some other Republican decides to blackmail leadership to sway their vote...
 
Remember all the times Biden said he couldn't do things because he didn't have the authority (even when he did)? The child rapist war criminal is saying "Fuck that" and plowing ahead anyway. Even after his chosen Supreme Court told him to get stuffed on birthright citizenship, he is still going after it.

Well, of course that was going to happen. They narrowed their shot, hoping the Court agrees on some limitations. Cause whatever it says on the Statue of Liberty is Bullshit,.
 
The GOP has 53 members. Collins and Murkowski are no votes, and McConnell is pining for the fjords. That leaves them at 50. If anyone else decides to vote against then either McConnell's carcass gets rolled in to vote, or Murkowski suddenly decides Blanche is A-OK after all. (y) I don't think the GOP would force Collins to switch. Murkowski isn't up for election until 2028 and the GOP won't have to worry about elections anymore by then.

The fact that Suzie came out against him right from the go tells me Blanche is a lock.
