Confederate flags on display on giant tv screens at the North Carolina exhibit. Nothing says celebrating America's 250th like a Confederate flag.

Mind you, NC state government chose not to participate, so this is a display put on by some private group.
 
If you fly a Confederate flag or celebrate its holidays I should get to burn your house down. It's not hatred, it's heritage. I'm the descendant of Union officers. Destroying the property of traitors is an old family tradition.

Full disclosure, though. You can only get that gawd awful passport if you are renewing, and do so in person at the DC office. And, it is supposed to be a limited quantity, thankfully.

Thankfully, we had to renew our kids' passports and did not end up with it.
