Side note. I was once told that if you want to effectively get twice the mileage out of a prank, use diesel fuel to draw your design/writing in the grass.

The water is supposed to be perfectly calm so no current like a regular pool. They want calm for the reflection. What used to happen from what I've read is water leaked out thru the granite stones on the bottom and then new water direct from the Potomac was used to refill?? So no real filter system at all
