You might be wondering why Trump keeps saying "Inflation is down" and the reason is that outside "gas" and "cars" they did not track CPI in October and November for anything. Its COVID all over again!

I saw the same report...... I taught basic statistics for a year when I was teaching HS many years ago, and one thing I always stressed to the students was a good statistician could make data say whatever they wanted it to. You have to dig deeper, sometimes.
 
The ballroom is the ubiquitous Republican party con in (bloated) microcosm.

Republicans just come in, create as many crises as they can, tear down our shared public commonwealth and welfare (in all the senses), then if they can’t be paid an enormous ransom to fix it, they wipe their hands of it, and call the damage itself success.
