Maybe Republicans could support policies that people in DC and Puerto Rico favor? Then maybe they could pick up those four seats for themselves.

That's how Democracy is supposed to work.

Has the gold decoration always been in place over the window? It’s a different shade of gold, and the white appears to
match the paint of the rest of the building, but still, the question is begged.

Correction - the Democrats could pick up as many as SIX seats, unless he wants to strip two potential states of their House seats.
