So, riddle me this..... How can a protester be arrested on an EO that was signed AFTER the supposed offense? We just had this discussion at our city council meeting last night. We are working on rewriting our ordinance to ban shipping containers as storage sheds, but the one house that wants one will be able to get it since they submitted their permit BEFORE our new ordinance takes effect.

Shapiro will last longer in a primary because of a few factors, but his stance on protests and a few other things will ultimately kill him unless he is Biden-like in his ability to barter for endorsements. My guess is he is Nikki Haley only he will be smart enough to use his Pennsylvania bona fides to get a Veep nom or SoS. Kelly will die early in the primaries because he is not a good speaker and he has voted in support of Trump appointments.
If Pritzker uses his money wisely he could boatrace most of the Dem bench, and then nuke them from orbit because he is awesome on camera. He knows how to say things that can be clipped, posted and go viral which is sadly all that matters now.
I love Walz, and honestly I think he is the best of the early names but he is way too nice. He should have destroyed the media and Vance for the lies they told about his service and he just doesn't have it in him to do that.
