Small plane crashes happen a lot more than most people realize. It’s just the ones that happen in visible locations that make the news.

In 2023, around 100 per month. It’s the big craft incidences that really matter for all the crap Pres. Musk should wear as a badge of shame.

Yep - my life insurance company only asks about 2 recreational activities: SCUBA diving and being a private pilot. Don't be a pilot unless you're reaally going to commit to fly enough to be safe (at lest 250 hours per year).
 
Lots of chatter on this topic on Bluesky today which is great. It’s so old having people (esp here) use the word liberal as an insult

I live in the physical world dealing with politics on a daily basis as an elected official in a purple state. The way the very online left treats the word liberal would get them laughed out of any meeting with people actually doing the work. Ima go with doing the work.

In any event, if he doesn't want his daughter being traumatized by people's reaction to him, he could try not being a complete and total choad.

I don't think Jimmy Carter had to worry about people reacting poorly to him.

Seriously - think about how many 3-year-olds out there are going to DIE because of JD Vance's policies. And he's upset that his daughter heard some yelling?

These people are unconscionable.

Saw also a few weeks ago when they were ending this remote work, the Navy Department I think it was, had something like 4000 staffers doing remote work. All ordered back to the office.

There's only like 440 parking spaces around their office complex.

Make the work conditions insufferable enough and you don't have to lay anyone off.
