It really is bothersome that DU is struggling 5 on 5. They have awesome players and the lines don't seem to be jelling yet. Need to make some adjustments.

I'd like see to see Kyle Ostrow, Vossberg & Shawn Ostrow moved up to higher lines.

dg, please explain. To me the Vermont game and, sadly perhaps, this game, could really come back to bite us in the PWR. I don't see the logic. The OOC wins are crucial. This is depressing. I also don't think you can underestimate the effect the goalie's play, positive or negative, has on the momentum of everyone on the team. In Murray's case, it's got to be deflating.

Time for Colborne to become a monster again like last Friday night. He leads the team with 3 shots on goal so far tonight. I am surprised to see Donovan given the night off tonight.

Agreed. While I don't think it will make a difference about whether DU gets in the NCAAs or not, it could very well make enough of a difference in regards to seeding.

Splitting with Vermont & Ohio State won't adversely affect DU in the PWR rankings. You get into big trouble losing one game series or getting swept by strong out of conference teams.

DU's schedule is full of cupcakes on the backend of the schedule. DU should win 23-25 regular season games fairly easily.

This was a "trap game" for DU. They will need to make some adjustments to turn this game around.
