DU at CC Gold Pan Part I 11/16/12

No. 2 Denver (7-1-0, 5-1-0 WCHA) heads to Colorado Springs this Friday for its first game of the annual Gold Pan series with Colorado College (7-3-0, 4-0-0 WCHA). Puck drops at 7:37 p.m. MT on Friday from World Arena. Fans can follow the game on 102.3 ESPN Radio as Jay Stickney will call all the action. Audio is also available on PioneerVision.
Altitude is also carrying the game live and sources say it is available on Direct TV.

For those of us attending the game tonight it's a real bummer that the Bee is closed for 5 months of upgrades. Those of you that have been know why it sucks. The original world arena was right there close... So, we suffer, feel out pain! And we can't drink beer by the yard... :( I looked forward to this every time... It, like Colt 45, works every time.

Let's hope that DU taking a lot of penalties this year + CC scoring on roughly half of their power plays ≠ Trouble for DU

Sounds like Olkinuora is starting out sharp. That's awesome. Hopefully the guys can do like Rycroft said and keep the crowd out of the game.

Got a slugfest working in North Dakota. 3-3 about halfway through against Duluth

also, Minnesota and Wisconsin tied at 2 at 2nd int
