Division III NCAA Tournament First Round Preview

Women's Division III Correspondent
Just submitted my column into Matt at 5 p.m. today.

I talked to all six coaches competing this weekend and previewed each matchup.

Also, included are projections for the games this weekend and my picks for the All-Americans in both the East and West.

Matt has done an excellent job getting the column up quickly after I've submitted it this year so I would expect it would be up sometime tonight.

Thanks all for reading this year and I hope you enjoy this one...2500 words..

Will it help them to point out that in January, Middlebury held a tournament that featured (at the time) 4 of the top 5 teams in the country and Elmira walked away champions? Or how about last weekend when the ECAC West semi-finals featured 3 of the top 4 teams in the country. Elmira walked away champions again. They know how to take care of business in big games! ;)

Norwich Times Argus has the start time wrong! It is 3PM, NOT 7pm for the Plattsburgh Norwich game....

Tis was a staff report....what can you expect;)

Being in the newspaper business..

Those are usually done in about five minutes with little regard to proof reading and copy editing.

well to be fair...only a certain group of Americans are generally associated with saying "axed" instead of asked
