Right now Valverde can't find home plate without a seeing eye dog, and Santos couldn't throw out Steven Hawking.

To be fair, Robocop couldn't throw a guy out with Valverde on the mound. Dude takes too long in his delivery.

Sure, but they've run wild on Santos tonight. About the only thing Valverde hasn't done is throw one to the backstop.

If I'm a Yankee, the only reason I'm carrying a bat to the plate would be so that I have something to lean on. Valverde's not throwing anything resembling a strike.

Well, whatever change they made to his delivery, they can take it and shove it right up their asses. He couldn't throw the ball in the ocean if he was standing on a battleship.

Anyone else a big fan of Bellow like McCarver? You think someone would have given him a pronunciation sheet. Or that it's spelled Below and sounds just like it's spelled.
