Given that I was hoping DU would get at least two points TOTAL out of North Dakota and Minnesota, I'm pretty pleased. It sucks to see DU play such a ****ty few minutes here in the 3rd period, but they played most of a very good game against a very good team. This weekend seems to me to be a good success, all things considered.

Split was a good result, what I had hoped for before DU won last night.
Minny isn't ranked #2 for nothing

My thoughts going into this weekend were DU needs to win 3 of their last 4 games. By taking 1 of 2 in Minny, that leaves 2 at home against UAA, very doable. Hopefully, Knowlton is not hurt too badly as DU has no additional players and would have to skate 17 next weekend.

Based on how shaky he was getting off the ice, I'm surprised they are able to say mild concussion with any confidence, especially such a short time after the incident. That looked a lot more than mild.
