Denver at Wisconsin for 4 Big WCHA Points 2/17 & 2/18

Re: Denver at Wisconsin for 4 Big WCHA Points 2/17 & 2/18

Gwoz didn't seem real happy in the post game interview. Could be badger D or style of play or Pios not playing with energy. Didn't see the fire that we saw against the gophs. BUT the "W" is still big. Let's get 2 more points tonight.

You guys didn't look all that great. I'm sure that we didn't get your best shot last night. I assume you'll be better tonight.

Good teams win even when they don't have their best game. You guys did that last night.

Nice win for the Pios, even if it was a little ugly. Got some nice momentum here and need to keep it up tonight. Go DU!

I found it ironic, sitting in Kohl Center last night, in front of 2 obnoxiously loud Badger know-it-alls ...... They're talking about Jay-Z, arguing that the correct pronunciation is "Zoo-ker" (which is actually correct); yet they're calling our goalie "Brit-AYNE".

Actually, they were wrong on both accounts. The family pronounces its name "Zook-er" but Jason goes by "Zuck-er". Also, his name isn't included in the pronunciation section of the media guide suggesting it's said the exact way it is spelled. I think Gauthier did the same thing. Liked "Goat-chay" better than family name of "goth-ee-er ".

Media guide pronounces Sam's name Britain, like Great Britain.

Rumpel is out tonight. I'm assuming Peterson will start with Thompson backing him up.

Wonder why this thread is on the 2nd page. Sure is quiet. Where are you DU's?
