Re: Denver at Vermont - Saturday 10/9/10

Is Jay mispronouncing Stacey's first name? He keeps saying wah-son-ton-io.
Is that right. And if he mentions that Vermont kid who's cousin, or mother, or whoever it is plays for the Blackhawks, I'm gonna scream.

In that sense Jay reminds me of Musberger: get two facts firmly in your head and then just repeat them endlessly, whether they're applicable or not.

Well. last night he said Stahlberg won the Stanley Cup with the Blackhawks and he wasn't even traded to them until after the season.

Donovan to sin bin for DU 15:30 left in 1st

Re: Denver at Vermont - Saturday 10/9/10

These early starts before the cocktail hour screw up my schedule.

Re: Denver at Vermont - Saturday 10/9/10

Brittain with a big save on the PK

Ostrow appears hurt after getting crushed at the blue line, makes his way to the bench gingerly

Re: Denver at Vermont - Saturday 10/9/10

Still to come, several mentions of the Vermont band and how loud and close they are.

And how big that defenseman is.
