There's a good example of lack of leadership. The captain of each team takes a misconduct at the end of a period in a series between two highly ranked teams in which leadership is a critical factor to winning the game. You do your team no good sitting in the penalty box for half a period and you disrupt the line combinations. A team captain needs to be smarter than taking a ten minute misconduct.
