The No. 12 Denver Pioneers (2-2-2, 1-0-1 WCHA) travel to No. 8 North Dakota (3-2-1, 2-0-0) for a two-game WCHA series on Oct. 29-30. Puck drop at Engelstad Arena is set for 6:37 p.m. MT on Friday, Oct. 29 and 6:07 p.m. MT on Saturday, Oct. 30. Both games will be televised live on Fox College Sports (FCS) Central and Fighting Sioux Sports Network (FSSN). Friday's game will be replayed on the NHL Network on Saturday at 12Pm MT. Both games will be webcast live for a fee on Pioneer Vision at www.DenverPioneers.com. The games will be broadcast live on FM 87.7 The TICKET and online for a fee at www.DenverPioneers.com. Pioneer fans can follow the game with the live interactive blog located below or on www.CoveritLive.com. Live stats for all NCAA Division I hockey games can be found at www.WCHA.com.

DU Line Chart for tonight. Same players as last Saturday except Mermis in for Phillips. DU has 12 forwards and 6 d-men dressed with Brittain starting in goal. Gwoz has tweaked the lines again.

The Goal Czar must be playing well (out of Gwoz's doghouse) to get the wing with Martin and Ostrow.

I see the impulse to show off while singing the national anthem extends even to Grand Forks, North Dakota.

It is a sad about the whole Sioux thing. They have to have one of the biggest selling jerseys especially with the Indian head on the front. I even saw someone wearing one in Penn Station in New York earlier this year.
