I agree the evidence doesn’t exist...since that was the next sentence I wrote from what you quoted. Like I said, until Reade admits to lying about all of it, which, again, is a possibility, it’s Biden’s word against hers. A lack of evidence doesn’t mean something didn’t happen. Maybe Reade knows that too, and is using that lack of hard evidence to get people to stay home instead of voting D, so that Trump wins re-election. And, she is doing it because she loves Putin, hates Biden, and is doing it as a favor, or is getting paid for this whole story. I mean, I can’t say with any certainty that isn’t actually what’s happening. I think those same reporters, the ones who want the hard evidence behind her encounter with Biden, will continue looking at her story to find any evidence she’s a lying sack of sh-t. I haven’t read anywhere where they’ve found that evidence yet.
At the end of the day, for me, in my mind, I can square Biden digitally penetrating Tara Reade, and still vote for him in November. It’s who my party wants. I wanted Harris, Warren, Sanders, Bennet, and Klobuchar all before I wanted Biden. But the Warrens, Gillibrands, etc., are all still standing behind him after this incident. Most women, whether they believe Reade or not, still seem behind Biden too, including those who I am sure have suffered through being sexually assaulted. If they can do it, I can certainly do it.

I have no idea what to think about these allegations, one would think we’d have heard something about this when he was picked as vp candidate so I guess i’m Leaning toward he’s a creep (at worst) but the universe of facts is unavailable to us...
But...to your point “nothing about him gives off that vibe”. I feel that’s a bit glib.
