Part of the issue is they are reporting three separate results for the first time.

Yeah, and I happened to be standing next to the table where they were tabulating it at my precinct. It was a form that took them 5 minutes to fill out once the counts were final. They took the 1st round count, the 2nd round count, did some 4th grade math, and determined the state delegate equivalents. Again, not that complicated.
