Who has shat over that? On here? Lots of love on here for abrams and she’s the clear best choice for me

Harris would be a bad choice for a lot of reasons. (and I say that as an early fan of hers) She is too "Law and Order" for the Progressives.

Re: Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

To who? AOC is currently the most similar, but she can't even run for another eight years and she's already getting the Hillary treatment from the right.

AOC. Or really any of the politically smart freshmen class of women. Even abrams is like half their age.

We win this and we can potentially hold on for eight years. Though I don’t have high hopes Biden survives two terms.

I guess Bernie couldn't quite dodge that last-minute stapler Klobuchar chucked at his head on the way out. ;)

Yeah ours was fast and easy. Of course we actually pay taxes in this state so...yeah.

Same here. They sent everyone mail-in ballots this year, at least in my county. They increased the number of ballot drop-off boxes, and also had a number of early voting places in the week before the election, in addition to the usual polling places on election day itself. I actually waited until today to do my ballot and drop it off, which was a good thing given the recent change in who was running, and I figured this is not the worst election to just drop it off rather than vote in person (though perhaps that's being over-cautious on my part).

It's nice being in a state that is willing to spend money to have a functional society rather than some libertarian jizzfest.

I thought Kepler and Handy blasted that idea.

With the way he is performing tonight...I retract my comment from yesterday saying it would be a bad idea for her and say that is the move to make. With the way Clyburn came out for him and how much it helped in SC and the South today she could definitely ride the coattails to greatness.

Oh. ;)

I was only half right. I questioned the sanity of Abrams joining a Sanders ticket so early in the process, when Biden was not down and out yet, but I spoke too soon in thinking the moderate lane was too incompetent to get their s**t together and consolidate around Biden before it was too late.

Re: Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

Here is MA, I got in and out pretty easy mid morning ... after the pre work rush and before the lunchtime rush. There was a short line that moved pretty quick. I know a lot of people early voted so that may have helped.

I went with Biden. Was not my first choice but the best of the remaining candidates and give us the best chance to beat Trump.

You’re probably right.

Eventually the right will have to understand a woman will win...or get steamrolled by it.

It's not about being a woman, it's about a 20 year head start on daily trashing of ideas, actions, and character before a presidential announcement.

Re: Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

I know we don’t see perfectly eye to eye on this, but I think that person saved America.

No if Biden wins in November I 100% agree.

The thing I want more than anything...is that this ends swiftly and without any way to call shenanigans. If the Dem candidate is strong in voting numbers going into the Convention they have a shot in the General. (any of them) If Bernie or Joe eeks out a contested win the Dems are all sorts of screwed. The Dems need decisiveness going into the General.

I still think Liz was the best candidate, but Biden is doing what works and he is appealing to the people who were the cause of the Wave in 2018. And people are coming out to vote in high numbers...all good signs.

Sanders sounds like someone shot his dog.

It is about being a woman...to the right...a woman can't lead and should know their place.
Let them have their bash fest...eventually it will fall on more and more deaf ears.

Oh. ;)

I said it was a bad idea FOR HER because going into today Biden was treading water and didnt offer her much in the way of a boost to higher office. (Bernie on the otherhand was trending up) That has obviously changed.

I love Abrams to the point I want her running the Party.
