Flip flopped between Warren and Sanders half a dozen times today. Cast my ballot for Sanders 20 minutes ago.

Biden has to be hating the fact that Bloomberg is around. If Bloomberg wasnt running Biden would be crushing in Texas.

I voted Bernie, GF voted Warren I believe. (I never ask) We did it at like 2pm.

On MSNBC they are at a polling place in Austin and the line is still huge! (people waiting 3 hours) Since all those peope's ages combined are less than Biden's I gotta think it is a good sign for Bernie. (and he needs one)

True, but.... Austin

What about it? The key was getting people out to vote obviously they are. The problem Bernie has is he is not doing well enough in Dallas and Houston which is why he might now lose Texas. His best shot is Austin to be out in huge numbers.

I swear to god if Bloomberg buys his way to the nomination I will vote for him but then I am done with the Democratic Party.

Jesus MSNBC is showing a Bloomberg ad during their coverage. What the hell guys...

Re: Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

I wonder how many votes klobuchar had before she dropped

Good question. I think it’s easily answered if we have returns from just early voting.

I’m more curious who voted for a candidate and who voted strategically

Austin is a college town and extremely liberal unlike anything else in a state with several large cities. 900k out of 28 million. The only city I’d expect Bernie to do well is Austin. Sure turnout matters there, but more indicative is going to be turnout statewide.

I have no issue with anyone running paid for ads.

So far on Maine’s referendum on our new vaccination law the anti-vaxxers are getting crushed (Maine legislature removed religious and philosophical exemptions for both public and private school students, the anti-vaxxers got a question on the ballot to veto the new law)

Turnout seems high...problem is that isnt good for Bernie in Texas. He got crushed by Hillary in Dallas and Houston. He needs every possible vote out of Austin to tread water and he seems to be getting it.

I am not saying Austin is a Harbinger of things to come...it is more just to show people are engaged.

Unless Cali goes strong for Bernie (and I mean STRONG) this could be a disaster for him on many levels. It is still early but the same day voting seems to be heavy for Biden which is bad news for Sanders.

I do...they are showing results, they are pimping Bloomberg then 20 seconds later showing an ad paid for by him. They couldnt look more bought off if they tried...

MSNBC just said that 100k more people in Fairfax County alone voted

That’s fair. I misunderstood your intent in the OP.

Bernie only getting a 3% bump in early returns in Texas over 2016. If you add 40% of Warren that’s a little more respectable.

Holy ****. Nearly as many people voted for Biden as voted in total in 2016.

Re: Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

Whats really killing Bernie is that the coalitions that gave the Dems the House seemed to shift to Biden over him in some of these states.

Biden leading in Minnesota...that Klobuchar endorsement helped.

Whoever got Pete and Amy to drop and support Joe needs a raise and fast. He went from needing to commit seppuku to now being the easy favorite. This is crazy...
