Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

Re: Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

Bernie Bros make Yankees fans look like nice people.

Is this in reference to something in particular or have you just been reading the Washington Times today?

Every fan base, from Sanders to the Yankees, has as-sholes. The fact that the media trip over their d-cks trying to portray Sanders' supporters as uniquely nasty tells me nothing about Sanders except he wants to raise corporate tax rates.

The right people are afraid. Good.

Well, guess I need to figure out a new candidate to vote for. Glad I didn't vote early.

If you were Buttigieg then you are Klobuchar. If Amy drops out then you're Biden.

Glad to be of help.

Bummer, hopefully he stays relevant on the National scene.

That young man is very, very ambitious. He's going to be a perennial player unless something bad happens.

So....can we fInally stop pretending Iowa has any special significance?

Is it still lily white? Yes?

Then no.

IA and NH are there for a reason. That reason is obvious.

Let me put this in terms you can understand.

Yankees:Red Sox::Biden:Sanders

Yes... pretty sure I’m reevaluating my choice. I was leaning either Amy or Pete but will likely vote Biden. Nit my first choice but I believe Sanders or Warren gets us another 4 years of Trump.

Other variable is that here in Mass there is an undercard election on the Republican ballot for assembly candidates pitting “trump republicans” against “Charlie Baker republicans”. I may take that one and vote Weld and also for the “Charlie Baker republican” electors.

Hmm. I can definitely see Biden as the Yankees.

Buttigieg might be the Red Sox. Seemed initially to be a subversion but turned out to be the same sh-t just younger.

Hillary is obviously the Astros.* I guess that makes Sanders the A's. This year, dam-nit. This year!

* Except the Astros won.

How are we going to decide who the president is going to be if we don't see them eat a deep fried corndog at the fair????

Oh please. Sanders isn't some upstart running a moneyball campaign. He's copying the Trump playbook of winning pluralities while the rest of the field kills each other until it's too late. Which good for him, but it doesn't change the fact his ardent supporters act like your average Bostonian.

I suppose the alternative is he's the St Louis Cardinals, complete with the holier than thou fans.

It was funny to hear some talking head ask Nina Turner about the terrible things Bernie supporters say. She brought the receipts...well, the ones suitable for network TV anyway.

Sanders has way more money to work with than the A's ever had.

Hate to say it but we are getting 4 more years of Trump.

So he's the Red Sox. Pretends to be the outpsent underdog but has almost as much money, unable to admit not winning is due to his own shortcomings and not a lack of money. :P

Hillary won, too. 65-62. The Electoral College went against her.

In what universe is Sanders like the A's? This isn't Moneyball. Bernie is the Dodgers. Lots of money but just can't close the deal because the Astros cheat to beat him. :)
