You don't think that's it's possible news leaked out of Philly prior to Hakstol having to opportunity to hold a team meeting in the off season, do you? What is a good way to let all players know at the same time time? Two options, Tweet or text.

I think the Sioux are being too hasty if the reports are true that Brad Berry is in line to be elevated to the head coaching spot. There is a perfect assistant now at Notre Dame -- who has head coaching experience to boot -- that needs to move on...

Word is the connection started with Flyers GM Ron Hextall when Hextall's son was playing at UND. That is what NHL Home ice is saying on their news reports.

If Flyers' fans don't know who Hakstol is, they must not have been paying any attention at all when he brought his team to Philadelphia for the Frozen Four a year ago.
