Not an expert but doubtful. Just like any other virus, COVID-19 can't live without a viable host for too long. A virus is essentially 'dead' until it finds a host to steal its DNA to make more of its kind...so the water itself isn't a worry given that basic idea. But, your point about humans bottling that water is interesting. Still...I would doubt it? This one (C19) isn't very stable, (from what I read) but boy, is it infectious. As we've learned, if you're basically healthy, you'll be ok if you get it. If you aren't, or in the over 60 crowd, it's extremely formidable.
Serious question here. One of the things people here have stocked up on is bottled water. San Pellegrino is bottled in Bergamo. Should that be a concern if it is one of the epicenters of the outbreaks?
