Bizarre review for a 5-minute major: contact with the head. Betts was the recipient; Hallbauer the offender (Game Misconduct). Betts didn't play the remainder of the 1st. Betts is playing in the 2d.

Not exactly sure why this RPI team simply looks so different from earlier in the year. They seem, slower to the puck and more tentative in trying to stop players coming into the zone. They are losing most of the puck battles against the boards which is totally a reversal from earlier in the season. Cannot fault Watson on either goal as the second was a last second deflection from someone allowed to set up near the net. Will need a far better effort in period 2 if they want to keep this one even close.
