Cornell @ Colgate - 2/16

Re: Cornell @ Colgate - 2/16

Colgate is definitely in this thing. Cornell better score some more or Scrivens will get worn down again. He faced 54 shots three days ago.

Re: Cornell @ Colgate - 2/16

Riley Nash scores his second of the night with 11 seconds left on a pretty backhand shot!

3-1 Cornell.

Re: Cornell @ Colgate - 2/16

Expletive. Another late period goal against for the Raiders. Not good. Definitely not good.

Re: Cornell @ Colgate - 2/16

another soft goal for Evin. I say put Long in to start the 3rd, give the team a spark

It wasn't that soft. Backhands are tricky to judge and Nash just waited for him to go down. Bad positioning yes...but the shot itself was difficult to stop once he had commited down low.

Re: Cornell @ Colgate - 2/16

That sound you heard was me punching a wall. Colgate dominates the period, but gives up two goals in bad circumstances, and now trails by 2 going into the last period. Cornell just putting away their good opportunities. Very frustrating. The Colgate PK is playing well, but the PP hasn't generated a lot of chances. So disappointing after such a strong period to wind up worse off then when we started. Going to need an early goal to keep the pressure on Scrivens, but Cornell not giving up a lot of great chances
