Kudos to Cornell. They didn't give up and deserved the victory.

I thought the first period was pretty even...North Dakota with a slight edge. I thought Cornell had the better of about the first 5-6 minutes of the second, and then North Dakota poured it on the rest of the second and first half of the third. Then I think the game ended early...or at least North Dakota played as though it was only a 50-minute game.
Overall, it was at least a good hockey game with two good teams. The tempo was very enjoyable. Ultimately, I don't think either of these squads will be lifting the title at the end of the season, but they will be tough outs in the tournament.
Anyway, kudos to Cornell.
