I'm gonna guess she wasn't the prettiest of ladies.
Largest money seizure in Miami-Dade history.

If he was shipping it to a legal state, would it be legal?
I don't think you can pass it through the mails.
I would agree with that. But what about a UHaul?

In order to get the feds to look the other way you have to grow and sell all within the state that allows for it. You could not grow cannabis in WI and ship the refined THC oil to a MN medical dispensary with the ATF and/or FBI wanting a word with you. Even if you had two contiguous states where pot were legal, I still don't think the feds would like interstate shipments between the two.

This is the problem with your "I'm just asking questions" shtick; I can't tell if this is a serious question or not.

Something is screwed up here. If it is legal in X and Z and the truck is not opened nor stops made in State Y, why should tbey care? I'm not doing anything illegal in my places of business.
Police made quite the discovery when raiding a home in Miami Lakes on Tuesday: over $24 million from a suspected marijuana trafficker, the largest money seizure in the department's history.
Because it's a jurisdictional issue. The federal government has control over all interstate commerce, and federal laws trumps state laws.
Not much of a strict constitutionalist, are you?I will write my Congressman to ask Congress to pass the Defense of Marijuana Act (DOMA). DOMA will prohibit federal interference in the transportation of legal items theough states where it may be illegal.
I'm probably more anti drug than most of you, but cripes Feds, if 2 states legalize it, leave the friggin truck alone!

Ouch! I am going to sue you for the topic whiplash I just encountered. I thought we were discussing the enumerated power to regulate interstate commerce - silly me, should have known we were discussing educational standards all along....The Feds should worry about national issues, not what is taught in kindergarten.
